My Powerbook G4's version is 10.3.9 and i need to download iTunes 8.0.1 for my new iPod. In apple.com it says that version 10.4.9 is needed but i found another website, "http://en.kioskea.net/telecharger/telecharger-241-itunes-for-mac", which says version 10.3.9 is okay.. Which is true? I had a nano (the rectangular, old one that doesn't hold video) and recently got an iPod Touch. I want to put songs on it, but for some reason, when I connect my nano to my mom's laptop (Apple Mac, PowerBook G4) the songs go onto iTunes, but I can't touch them. I have a PowerBook G4 1GHz 1GB RAM 60GB HD, GeForce4 MX 64 MB vram, and i was wondering, since this mac mini http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/mac_mini/stats/mac_mini_g4_1.25.html with the same specs, except the same ram as me, has leopard, should i upgrade to leopard? it has 1.5ghz speed 2gb ram and Mac OS 10.3, Panther software installed,15inch screen and80gb hard drive so if u think this laptop is reasonably fast as i have another laptop thats toshiba just tell me if my toshibas better toshiba-2gb ram 15.4inch screen windows vista pentium dual core webcam etc 1...
